I know that there are probably a thousand different smoothie recipes floating around the Internet but this is the one that I love and that works for me:
A handful of raspberries
A handful of blueberries
Spinach
Kiwi crush sachet
Juice of a lemon
1-2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tbsp protein powder
2 tbsp low-fat yoghurt
Mmmmmm mmmmmmm!
