How To: Make Moon Dough {MNM's Make}

It's been a while since MNM's have been making, and this is another one of those activities I've been wanting to do for ages but had to wait until we had more than enough flour in the house!

I said it before, and I'll say it again. Moon dough is awesome. It is super soft and feels lovely to touch.

Ingredients:
8 cups flour
1 cup baby oil
Glitter (optional)

Mix it together until you get a lovely soft crumbly consistency, it's as easy as that!

This fully kept my boys entertained for nearly an hour, and that's no mean feat.

We made volcanos and hid our dinosaurs and sea creatures deep in the sand.

We cut out all manner of shapes with our cookie cutters. Poked faces into them.

Then we stumbled on the idea of making a tower of our cut-outs, which I think you'll agree looked uncannily like the Tower of Pisa.

A word of warning: it's super messy so have a brush and shovel handy, and don't be surprised if you have a few clothes to wash afterwards. Oh and the floor will possibly be a bit slippery and squeaky and may need a wash too. But don't let that put you off, I promise it's worth the fun.
